Joey Epstein · Founder
Joey started in cybersecurity at 20 and never really left. He ran cybersecurity engagements for Fortune 500 clients at Ernst & Young, then joined Ntiva — a national IT MSP — as the on-site IT and security lead for over $10M in client accounts, advising C-suites on security strategy and infrastructure. Promoted to Security Analyst II, he worked live ransomware incident response across endpoint, identity, and network layers. He holds a cybersecurity degree from the University of Maryland, CompTIA Security+, executive AI training at MIT, and has earned CEH and CMMC RP credentials. He's been building software the AI-native way since the first AI coding tools shipped.
He founded Mojo AI Services because after years of watching businesses get sold tools they didn't need, he wanted to do the opposite: take what a client actually wants to build and bring it to life. He stays personally involved on every engagement because he cares how the work turns out.

Where we are
We're based in Boca Raton. We work with clients across South Florida (Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade) in person, and clients anywhere remotely.
If you're local, we prefer to do the first conversation in person. There's something about being in the same room when we map out where technology fits in your business that doesn't translate over video.
Who we're not for.
We'd rather tell you this up front than after a discovery call. We're not a 24/7 SOC — managed support runs weekday business hours, and after-hours coverage is something we scope into a contract, not a checkbox we pretend everyone gets. We don't resell hardware or software licenses for markup; if a $30/month off-the-shelf tool solves your problem, we'll say so and you can keep your money. We're not a certified compliance auditor — we prepare you for HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, and NIST alignment, and we hand you to the right partner for the formal attestation.
And if you're shopping for the cheapest possible template website or the biggest AI buzzword on a slide, that's genuinely not us. We do our best work with people who have a real operational problem and want it solved properly.
