This Privacy Policy explains what information MojoAI, LLC ("MojoAI," "we," "us") collects from visitors to mojoaiservices.com and how we use it.
This policy covers our website only. When you become a client, the data handling for your specific engagement is governed by your signed engagement agreement, not by this policy.
Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect:
Bot-protection signals. To stop spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit the form, your browser exchanges a verification token with Turnstile, and your IP address is forwarded to Turnstile for that check. We do not store your IP address. We also use a hidden "honeypot" form field that bots tend to fill in. If that field is filled, the submission is silently discarded and its contents are never stored.
That is the full list of what we collect.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics product, to understand which content visitors find useful.

How it works: When you load a page, your browser fetches a small analytics script (beacon.min.js) from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends a single page-view ping. Cloudflare processes this data under its published privacy and data-processing terms.
If you prefer not to load the analytics script, blocking the domain static.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser will prevent it from loading. The rest of the site will continue to work normally.
Two third parties handle your data:
Cloudflare. Hosts the website, runs Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, runs the serverless function that processes form submissions, and provides the aggregate Web Analytics described above. See Cloudflare's privacy practices at cloudflare.com.
Resend. Delivers your contact form submission to us as an email. Resend processes the form contents long enough to deliver the email. See Resend's privacy practices at resend.com.
We do not use any other third parties to process visitor data at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Contact form emails sit in our inbox until they are no longer relevant to a current or potential client conversation, and are then deleted. We do not maintain a separate database, CRM record, or marketing list of website visitor inquiries.
If you want us to delete an inquiry you submitted, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

If you live in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, the rights above apply to you. Because our data collection is intentionally minimal (one contact form, no cookies, no individual visitor tracking), most of those rights are simple for us to honor.
We follow the security practices documented in our codebase, including a strict Content Security Policy, HSTS, server-side input sanitization, input length limits, and obfuscated email addresses in the page HTML. Sensitive credentials are stored as environment variables and are not committed to source control.
No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security issue, please email [email protected] so we can address it.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect.
