Effective Date: April 28, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of mojoaiservices.com (the "Site"), operated by MojoAI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("MojoAI," "we," "us").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Client engagements are governed by separately signed agreements (Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or equivalent). Nothing on the Site forms a contract for services, and nothing on the Site is an offer that can be accepted by use alone.
The Site describes our AI consulting services and lets you contact us. It is informational. It is not:
Any work we do for you is governed by a written engagement agreement signed by both parties.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
We may block, delete, or report submissions that violate these rules without notice.
Our content. The text, layout, branding, logos, illustrations, and code on this Site are owned by MojoAI, LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal or business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Your contact form submission. What you write in the contact form remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to read, store, and use it for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and evaluating a potential engagement. You confirm that you have the right to share whatever information you submit and that you are not submitting information that belongs to someone else without their permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful code. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site.
Statements about our services on the Site are descriptive, not contractual. Specific deliverables, timelines, prices, warranties, and obligations are set in your signed engagement agreement, not on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MojoAI, LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability under client engagement agreements is governed separately by those agreements.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MojoAI, LLC and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of content you did not have the right to submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to that venue and personal jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on the Site, with the effective date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. The unenforceable part will be interpreted in the way closest to its original intent that the law allows.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MojoAI, LLC regarding your use of the Site. They do not govern client engagements, which are covered by separately signed agreements.
